Bro in Trichy sis acropolis, ram maris lifestyle building and akshaya rich are bigger than this upcoming building bro and this is not first high rise appartment. This is fourth high rise building appartment in trichy
We already have a 54m high building (rams maris) aka lifestyle building and sis acropole is around 44m and already there are some hight rise buildings in construction by govt apart from this..

Also for Highraise building in Trichy those TNHB projects is not a first of kind. The city already has G+13 floors Rams maris and SIS acropole residential projects.
Can not build 14 floors in 18 meters. At least 50 meters will be the height. Already few buildings taller than this in Trichy, Life Style building and acropolis are tallerthan this. Anyway thanks for Trichy update.

In Coimbatore they built 1845 flats in kavundampalayam
TNHB. Then it will be a mess. Just see in Chennai.in just ten years, everything breaks down. I have a HIG flat and in just 20 years we plan to demolish the buildings. The high rise at Sholinganallur, Adyar with over 15 floors of TNHB are all a mess.
