    Curiosity never killed the cat, it give birth to a new one.
    Curiosity will kill you with the truth, and you will emerge into a world unseen.
    Interest is the only necessary requirement. not interest in ending suffering, but deep interest and openness to truth. That is it.
    Hope this video brings value, have a great day!

      Your comment implies several things. First, that there are no thoughts after awakening, which isn't true. Second, that you can tell if he's "free" or not, and that you're spiritually superior because you secretly perceived something and called him out on it. Sounds like bullshit to me. Your comment reveals more about you than the video. I don't know if he's had an awakening or not, but his message in general is good and he seems to be expressing the truth from his perspective as best he can. You say "who do u lie" but at what point in the video is he lying?

    All I ever wanted was to explore nature. As I child I just wanted to lay in the grass and observe all the nature that was there. Watching the clouds, the swishing branches. I had no preconceptions, no idea what would unfold and I was mesmerised. My kundalini awakening was/is confusing but I do realise that the invitation is simply to trust in the unfolding and to watch with curiosity. My faith has always been in nature (god) but of course we tend to resist our own organic unfolding because of the fears of the conditioned ego mind. Great message here. Thank you. 🙏🏽

    What you say makes sense. But right now for example the painful sensations in the body are so intense and monotone and endless that I can't really look away, or do something else, or adventure, or ignore it. It's paralyzing. It's like "listen to the birds singing" while there's a drill running into concrete wall. Each day ends the same - with that drilling monotone pain. It's hard to see The Beauty of Present Moment in that. There's only pain.

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  2 дня назад +3

      I understand you man. It sounds like what you’re saying is that your suffering/pain is so great that it can’t just be ignored or experienced as something else.
      I wish I could give you a proper answer in this comment but it would not suffice.
      To help as much as I can I would suggest firstly that make sure when you say pain do you mean physical pain or psychological pain?
      For example; physical pain is not something that this approach claims to deal with and should be consulted with a physician.
      Emotional pain, the best approach is to truly investigate what part is actually uncomfortable about the suffering.
      The reason this works is because actually the suffering we feel is created by the resistance to our experience.
      So when we feel challenging emotions, they stay because we don’t want to face them.
      Then they get worse when we try to “face them” in order to get rid of them.
      We have to embody full forgiveness. There are meditations on my page, free community and I will also upload one here I recorded before specially to help you.
      Take care my friend thanks for the comment 🙏

I got tired to constantly self-analyze. Last 10 years the majority of my days is just self-reflection. Some time ago I was sure this well has a bottom and I'll get to it by dealing with one negative feeling after another. But now it's just me and this pain. Too tired to figure out the reason. Kundalini awakening is not symbolic. It san experience. It's a super intense experience, like a thousand orgasms at once. You feel like its going to kill you, it's too much.
    A lot of people have a little tingling in their spine and think, oh this must be the kundalini.
    It's not. Trust me.
    It is really intense like nothing you've ever experienced before except maybe birth.
    It's not enlightenment either it's just an experience that you can have in your body. It does change something but it's not enlightenment it's just an awakening of a certain energy.

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  2 дня назад +3

      Yes the energy can appear like that, however, that’s nothing to do with anything. Typically that happens more with people who had a lot of resistance or ignorance before hand. (Me)
      Taking pride in an experience like that is like another pitfall to the path. We have to be grounded in the real purpose and normality of that experience which is as I suggested in the video.
      Experiences mean nothing in this path. In the end it is the non-experience that counts.
      The awakening of the certain energy you speak of is the energy I am speaking of here.

    Its about being without opinions thats it.i didnt have to become an exhasted seeker but have still come to the same conclusion.suffering comes from resistance mainly the resistance of now.accept, surrender and embrace and the rest is childs play.i think its actually love we desire, happiness is a by product of love.all emotions first stem from love or fear

      I think it’s just semantics, I see no difference in your view to mine. For me I define happiness as the lack of resistance to experience. I don’t define it as an emotion, state of mind, or feeling, because it fundamentally isn’t.

    I love the analogy of the seeker versus the Explorer. That’s helpful. For me personally the thing you are referring to as our singular desire for happiness… to me that feels like it also includes a desire for safety. Or a maybe to put it more simply … merely a desire to “be okay”. Then again, I suppose that could be thought of as happiness. Anyway, I enjoyed the talk. Blessings to you.

      No happiness is not a feeling, a state of mind or an emotion. It’s the essence of what we are. It expresses as happiness int he human body mind but it is not itself a feeling.
      Happiness and truth and made of the same unobjective substance 🙏 we either seek to remove suffering, or we adventure towards the truth.
      In the first we run away from happiness. In the latter we adventure with curiosity openness towards the truth.

    • @runescape_systemsthinking
      @runescape_systemsthinking 3 дня назад

      also kundalini awakening.... its a bit of a stretch for me.. this, what you're explaining is more of non-dual awareness. For me, its the, thoughts are .ike thieves in the darkness of the mind. WHen you put awareness of each thought, they seem to subside. The entirety of Osho's teachings is this, being aware. So, when you shine the light of awareness in the darkness of the moon/mind, the real master comes back, it takes time,,,, by and by.... and as the master has not been home for a long time, and allowed the darkness of the moond, and all the thoughts (theives) and their friends, cousins, they take prominence, in the viewer/observer/experiencer's I Am. I also describe it as,,, the mind is so close to our observing experience, that the identities overlap, and we think of the mind's various twists and turns, as the unconscious behaviour. So, therefore, most people achieve in life, by effort. However, once awareness/the Master return home, and dispells all thought and activities of the mind, just by mere watchfulness, then, we start gaining control over our life.

    I dont know man. The Buddha left a lot of practices. And the path appears to be very long. What you need to understand and do at your stage (which could indeed be undoing doing and understanding a la Zen Buddhism) is likely very different to what your local neighbourhood thug needs to do (maybe practice patience and kindness). You seem closer to the Zen stage where everything gets dropped and you just sit / be and the truth spontaneously arises. Which is 100% correct. But also 100% incorrect for my Mum lol.

    • @sajafendel
      @sajafendel  2 дня назад +2

      There is no proof the Buddha left anything. We have maybe a handful of quotes and he gave hardly any direction.
      Buddhism is now everything in sure the Buddha didn’t want. Firstly to make it a state we have to attain. (Buddha said enlightenment is simply the end of suffering - end of suffering is not a state - it’s simply happiness)
      Secondly he never wanted to be idolised (Buddhists pray and bow to golden statues of him)
      And secondly he never said to stop desires or to disengage from the world (Buddhists now try everything they can to stop their desires and to avoid the world completely.
      It’s safe to say whatever you know from Buddhism is not accurate to what the Buddha “left” behind.
      Also im convinced you may have only watched a small part of the video and missed the point I was making 🙏
