It's an old event patch for the anniversary, I think. Loot Tinks and Legendaries spawn more often because of it, and you can also use Rare Loot% artifacts

if your able to use event anoints can terror yourself on zanes lazer skill also to boost your speed up even more on a triple fleet its crazy fast..

The “Infiltrator” class mod for Zane makes it so you break your shield whenever you use an action skill.

I am running on an older version of the game which increased the number of loot tink spawns (and their legendary drop rate)
is this an older patch because on current patch i’ve been unable to get that many loot tink spawns before entering ascension bluff / period?

How the flying fek are there so many chubbies and loot tinks- Is this some previous downgraded version of the game thing?
Yes. Older version of the game where they spawned far more often and had better chances for drops.
