It's an anime on Funimation called Hypnosis Mic. All of the songs are from it, it's about gangs and rapping.
Was the anime trash? Honestly, yeah. Am I still grateful for it? Yes. Thank you for putting this together
I’d call hypani “not so good”, since unlike trash there’s an actual soul put into some aspects of it 🤔 Visual direction in rap parts and new songs overall, several moments of good characterisation

@@taniaroman5857 I think it's bad as an adaptation but I don't hate it. To answer why, I feel that it flattens a lot of characters, Ramuda especially, while revealing plot points in the anime that didn't happen until later in the main storyline. Also, & this isn't a knock against the production team, but most of them came to this show from magical girl shows, & I wasn't a fan of the visual magical girl influences
