In my experience with Ali Express, I did not pay such high shipping charges. I did some searching on Temu for the current stamp and die bundle of the month from PinkFresh but there was nothing. I did however find it easily at Ali and for under $70 (that includes shipping and tax) I purchased a bundle priced at over $400 on PinkFresh. I can see that in some cases Temu may be cheaper but for what I am shopping for, Ali is more current. The mark up on crafting supplies is beyond greed.

For one thing, if your item does not come as presented you get an immediate refune of that item. Also a $5 credit if not raeceived on time. The quality seems to be very good and the prices are much more reasonable. Having to deal with Aliexpress on a refund is a nighmare. If you don't receive your item they ask you to prove it. How in the world do you prove you didn't get something?? If it is damaged they ask you to send it back. I ordered a set of craft dies and one was missing. They asked me to return the order. The order cost $4.25 - to return it cost $17 and I had to pay custom fees and fill out custom papers. So of course this is ridiculous. I only asked for a $3 refund because the one die was missing but they refused. With Temu, there is no question, they refund your money immediately and let you keep the item and give you a credit if requested. I only shop a Aliexpress if I can't fnd what I want on Temu. The free shipping that Temu offers is a great perk.

The fact that t e m u do not require you to send the item back and give you an immediate credit is quite unbelievable and I agree with you because I have used this return refund to my advantage on two occasions.... And similar to you I will only be using t e m u from now in preference to AliExpress
Sarah can we have your opinion of any experiences you have had with returns and refunds regarding the comparison and feel free to include Shein if you have experience with them too....Temu is so much superior from my own stance that from now on I will only order from them and try to steer clear of AliExpress

Your correct they both come from china. But they come from different places in China. ALIEXPress comes from all different places. I received all five items from different places from Ali. While Temu came from same address.

Temu is superior by far. Their shipping is quick and free. Returns… honestly, I have never returned anything. I absolutely love Temu

To be honest,i find better deals on Ali and have my items delivered always in 5 days. I find temu more expensive and fake deals
