The Lord is our portion in the land of the Living🙏🙏🙏.
When th Lord told the Levites, "I am your portion"; physically speaking, they had no landed inheritance in the promised land so to speak while the other 11 tribes shared the lands in the promised land. However, in real terms, if you look at it critically, they have much more than the other tribes.
This is because the 11 tribes were mandated to give a part of the increase of the land they were given into the Cities of Refuge which was where the Levite dwell.
So while they do not have a physical inheritance like land to their name, they sure have a non-physical but sustainable inheritance in the Lord. Halleluyah 🙇🏽♀️🙌

Another great one. It’s quite interesting to hear the lady’s perspective about the mountain top being a place of trial/challenges because it’s usually identified with success. That’s so true. Even those at the height or peak of success face challenges attached to success. To each his own. May the Lord always be our portion wherever we find ourselves. Guess I’ll be singing this song throughout this week. Thanks for reminding me of this song.
My conclusion exactly. There is none in life without his or her own fair share of challenges. The Good news is, God is always there to help us.
