Local to borsdane myself although not walked in there for about a year now used to walk in their everyday and sometimes very late at night in the dark with a torch, great vibe in there at night and you get the woods all to oneself
@BaldyOutdoors it's behind the football fields at Aspull I go through borsdane half way over the fields come out at hall lane golf course walk over the corse to get to it then it fetches you out to the football / rugby club then I walk down whelley road til I get to the canal bridge and then walk back on the canal home

Thanks for sharing. I've not lived in Hindley for 26 years but that brought back some lovely memories.
My pleasure, thank you for watching

Only ever done it once in the dark with a torch that definitely has an eerily feel to it at night. Thank you for watching it's very much appreciated.
@BaldyOutdoors I don't find it eiry at all I find it calming and peaceful, but the wuchy woods is very creepy ominous at night.
I'll have to give it a go again then. Where's the Wuchy Wood?
