Realme C33 is one of the best phone under 10000. It is powered by the Unisoc T612 processor. The Realme C33 also comes with a 60Hz display which makes content consumption really enjoyable. Moreover, the battery in the phone is of 5000MAh. This gives a big runtime per charge. But, the camera on Realme C33 is the only thing I doubt. Because, the camera sensor is provided by Hynix which is a relatively new player in the camera market.
