Mohammad Ali the video I’m referring to is in the first steps you go into the help menu and click on the get started video that RUclips video in the steps of unlocking lg g6 is not working for me
Actually, nvm. I pushed Morse code and it had a RUclips vid. Then I followed all these other steps and it worked. I had low battery though so I had to wait to charge so it can reset. Hope this helps/helped

I don't know. Morse code must work. Try hard reset phone and start over.
