It’s crazy that you posted this video this month. This is my first month of really actively trying to get pregnant with my husband and watching this video made me feel like I was not alone in this. I remember taking the test and it coming back negative and being so upset at myself the I couldn’t get pregnant right away. We are going to continue to try and I pray that God will bless us and your family with a child. We are called to be fruitful and multiply and that’s what we want to do. Thank you for this video it really helped me relax and just trust that Gods got me and my family.
I have also followed you since the beginning of you and Kyle’s relationship. It’s so nice to be here and grow up with you. You and Kyle truly help me to believe in God as my faith has always been off and on. I just am so excited for your next chapter of your life. Cant wait for updates!

This is so exciting! Me and my husband got married only a couple days after you and kyle and we felt the need to start trying for a baby within 3 months (we planned on a year initially) and I thought for sure we wouldn’t have any problem conceiving. It took us over a year with two miscarriages before we got pregnant with the baby we are expecting in 4 weeks!! So crazy and so excited for you guys!

My husband and I started trying Feb '22 and it took us 5 months. I am 22 weeks along and this baby is the biggest blessing! This video popped up randomly so I'll be following along, always love to find christian youtubers. :) this is a very exciting time!
Also, ovulation test strips were very helpful for us!
The decision between taking a test or not provokes such a specific feeling, so I ask that God protects my heart when taking a test, especially if the test is to come out negative. And hearing your prayer, whew, the vulnerability that it takes to say that to God…

My husband and I have been trying since April as well, so this series is coming at a perfect time for me. I am encouraged by your vulnerability and faith in God to provide. I have been struggling with the doubt and fear of not being able to get pregnant and have really been trying to surrender that to the Lord. But I am still learning how to balance taking active steps towards supporting fertility but also recognizing that God alone can create life. Would love and advice or encouragement you have. ❤ praying for you both in this journey!

Hey Kian!! I’m so excited for you and Kyle!! Just thought I’d leave this little note here: everyone’s ovulation is so different, the “ovulation” flo recommends is just a 14 day estimate. You could just literally ovulate on the 12th or the 18th of your cycle. I ovulated on the 18th day of one month and that’s how I got pregnant with my first born. Natural cycles is great, and LH strips helps a lot too. I can tell this video was made awhile ago! So maybe you’re already pregnant or not, just thought I’d put that out there for some help :)

My husband and I are almost 2 years into TTC after losing our first child 4 years ago. It's such a hard journey. I just had laproscopic surgery one week ago, and was diagnosed with stage 2 Endometriosis. The Lord moved us from Washington to Tennessee this year, and we can't help but think He brought us here to help find the doctors that were able to finally help me. I finally feel hopeful again having answers, and a path forward.

The subconsious mind is really strong the word trying comes from the energy of fear it won't happen. Then on the journey to conceiving.
Love that you’re sharing this journey, and it probably doesn’t matter because I suspect you’re already pregnant (yay!) but for future reference, relying on your flo app for knowing ovulation is not very reliable because your ovulation can vary month to month, hence why you thought your period was 3 days late...you just probably ovulated later that month. Tracking bio markers is much more reliable to know when you’re on ovulating, such as mucus...just wanted to share from experience :)

I agree! I’ve started tracking my ovulation to see if my Flo app was accurate. My peak ovulation was 2 days off. I use test strips and start testing around cycle day 9, but ovulated cycle day 15. It predicted my ovulation day at cycle day 13😊
Thank you for your transparency; this is so important! I just wanted to ask where you found the studies/research about birth control negatively affecting fertility. I’ve had this concern as well but both my ND, MD doctor and even doctors in my family said there’s no negative correlation to long-term fertility, it just might take longer to balance your hormones coming off the pill (versus not being on the pill) which obviously might impact how long it takes to conceive ❤

I'm the opposite. Definitely do not want kids and been married 2.5 years. So many Christians say the world is going to get worse before Christ comes. Why bring a child into that?
@@alyssabird720 because God said to multiply. The world will get worse, yes but no one knows when Christ will come back. Could be 10 years or could be 1000 years. If all Christian’s just decided to stop reproducing that definitely wouldn’t bring any extra light to the world. People have always thought that the world would end in there lifetime and have been wrong. We aren’t supposed to know for a reason. We are to just be faithful and follow God regardless of what the world is doing! I pray that brings some hope to you. You can still raise strong Godly children in a bad world. It’s been done for 2 thousand years.
@@makayla6712 no thank you :) I'd rather not! He said be fruitful and multiply to Adam and Eve because there were only 2 people lol. Its interesting to me he still wants people to conceive even with there being 8 billion people. You think that would be enough glory for Him.

I have been here since before you got married. From experience I be careful with getting to obsessed with trying to get pregnant alot of women including myself idolize it especially when it didn't happen right away. It brings alot of pain when you idolize getting pregnant. You may have already gotten pregnant we don't know yet if so congratulations if not it's ok God has the exact timing he wants yalls baby into this world He already knows the plans He has for the future of your baby so there is His timing that He wants the baby to be born for all the people in the future he or she will know and meet. So trust Him it will happen when God's will is to knit he or she spirit into the flesh of the baby in your womb. Trust God and let go ladies. His ways are higher and thoughts are higher than ours but as we get to know Him we can start to see and understand those higher thoughts.

Kian, my husband and I have been trying since May too, and still nothing 🥺! It’s been a long 6 months but I’m hopeful we get our positive this month! But trusting the Lords timing nonetheless.
Thank you for posting something so vulnerable, because it’s very comforting knowing that I’m not walking through TTC alone.

You can take red raspberry leaf in supplement form. That’s whatI have to do because I can’t drink teas at all. Only water for me! I have the Swanson brand from Amazon!

I’m pregnant with my first and am due June 1st! My husband and I were planning on waiting until at least our one year anniversary to start trying but God had other plans and this little baby is due a few days before our anniversary. Trusting God’s timing is best for both us and yall!

Congratulations Erin! I'm also pregnant with our first as well! Due May 8th 🥰 the older I get, the more I see how God's timing is perfect for so many things in my life.
I highly recommend taking a prenatal vitamin and also taking vitamin D supplements. Also those apps aren’t always right on when you ovulate. I’d at least track with ovulation strips to see if it accurate. Just taking from personal experience
I tried for almost a year and I felt like maybe it just wasn’t for me but I prayed to the Lord and asked God for my baby and a month later I got pregnant with my son and now I have my two babies I had my first son in April of 2020 and my second on April of 2022 God is good and he is in control he will give you the desires of your heart if it’s his will you just have to trust him and not lose your faith trust me I was about to just give up but I asked him and he answered me ❤
I struggled with a few of infertility years due to PCOS. I started taking my basal temperature (there’s a few brands out there) and I also started using ovulation strips and got pregnant on the first try. Now I use the basal temperature to avoid pregnancy until
The next baby :) I was told by the OBGYN that every month the ovulation might start early or late and that’s why it’s important to confirm with the ovulation strips. I bought the ovulation strips called pre-mom on Amazon, very cheap. I also used the pregnancy tests which are very cheap.
There’s a few videos on how to track ovulation with the strips on RUclips, highly recommend it. I was also using Vitex until I got pregnant. I had my baby ❤and I’m so thankful for the ovulation strips and for God allowing me to become a mom. ❤

I battled infertility for 3.5 yrs for my son. 8 mo for my daughter. One thing I learned thru it is God's perfect timing! Pur time is not God's time. Trust in Him and you will never go wrong.
Also you can get the liver detox 1 tea from spirit of health to use during pregnancy. It will help you to fight off morning sickness!

Hi! I got pregnant right away the first month and unfortunately miscarried twins. It was very hard. I’ve been trying for 6 months to conceive after that. Just remember that you only have a 20% of getting pregnant a month. So don’t let it get you down at all. God has different plans for everyone. It’s so hard to not be addicted to tracking and testing and it’s so hard emotionally. I’ve had to remind myself that even when it comes to TTC, you have to remember to keep God at the center. You’re going to be an amazing mom, and I will be praying for your baby that God IS going to bless you with. ❤️❤️

I would also understand if you will stop sharing some things because it is sooooo personal. It is ok to change your mind (just saying). But thank God you are doing it because there are so many of us who your story will inspire, motivate and/or help because it feels so relatable. Thank you.

Our bodies are so interesting. I always believed my ovulation occured approximately half way during my cycle. That is the only thing I had ever heard back when I was a young woman (I am now 46). When my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our son, there was only one possible time we could have gotten pregnant. We concieved him 2 days before my period started! This lined up with his due date and when he ended up being born, and as I say, we knew it was the only possible day we could have conceived that month. I was in shock.
We were not actually planning to get pregnant at the time, and I had actually been told that due to some serious health issues I had, I would not be able get pregnant. God had other plans for us. Our son ended up being born on Christmas Eve and this year he will be turning 22. We ended up choosing to name him Nathaniel as the meaning of this is Gift from God. He was the best gift we have ever received.
My doctor explained to us that a woman's ovulation can happen at any point in the cycle. In general it is usually mid-month, but it is not impossible for it to happen at any time. He suggested that I look into recording my Basal temperature and looking at the Natural Family Planning method to help understand my body better. Just thought I would share as it shocked me to learn it was possible to get pregnant two days before my period.

Birth control may not be for everyone, but I've never heard of any longterm studies showing that BC has negative impacts on fertility.

It broke while I was moving 😅 they said I could send it in for a replacement but I never did. I would recommend that or ovulation test strips for more accurate testing.
I don't think there is actually any clear evidence that being on the pill for however long affects fertility in any way?
