I am diagnosed with chronic complex migraines, meaning they can come with stroke like symptoms or put me at risk of seizures. Most of the migraine relief videos I have tried used water trickling sounds layered over other sounds and it was so sharp and unpleasant! It was like a drill into my head! This video is so much more calm and soothing. No sudden sharp sounds! 🥰 thank you for such a nice video!
Watched first time & it was great. The second time I couldn't watch as the hand movements made my nausea worse. I closed my eyes & felt the energy instead. Maybe you could recommend if you're nauseas to close eyes & receive energy. It helped ❤

But i think i need something for tmj for my jaw to help them stop coming. Im on two migraine meds. There just really acting up right now bad. Yes! If you had in person reiki you would lay on a table and most likely close your eyes. Many people fall asleep. You don't need to watch or stay awake to feel the energy
