@@norwis120 where i saw it was in Shereshevsky's Endgame Strategy revised edition page 23. But just now i realized i made a mistake, the quote was by Dvorestky, not Capablanca, who was just mentioned nearby in the same sentence. nothing else about the quote is said
In the first point, you're completely wrong about Lichess. You can sort puzzles out by the theme at training/themes link, with tens of thousands puzzles for every theme you like. And it's completely free and majority of the puzzles coms from the real games played on the server (the puzzle actually tells you which game is it from).
Yeah I'm aware of that feature, wasn't a huge fan for the little I did use it for thematic openings - but maybe I should have another look. Most players do not use this feature though when doing tactics on lichess - which was my main talking point.
It’s right, it’s not handpicked, some of them are computer lines that doesn’t makes sense for human. If you want handpicked puzzles from actually games I recommand the “Greatests Pizzles” series from Csaba Balogh
Hey sam I have been watching you from a month or so. Your videos are really helpful. I think you need to make better thumbnails. Keep up the good work.❤
I once asked my opponent for forgiveness, but then the arbiter came and said "No talking!" :(
That sounds like a quote from Ben Finegold
@@Sandfox07 Yeah it was a Finegold Reference
@@smort123 :D I love his humour
Seeing u reaching 4k subs makes me happy, but now everyones gonna know this goated channel haha
"Good technique is based on short and clear tactics" - Dvoretsky
the quote states the truth
i wanna know the source of it, please. I am very sure it'd make an interesting reas

Interesting, I'm familar with the author but not this particular book.
What about e6?
I dont earn money yet as a kid so is there any other free alternatives to CT Art?
That's actually not true about Lichess. The puzzles are coming from games played in the site.
Yes, but what I mean are the puzzles don't seem to be hand-picked by a human, even if it is from a real game.

i think he's here to help the viewers and share his thoughts in chess, rather than making thumbnails and stuff
He deserves a lot more subs and views than he is actually getting. Making good thumbnails will help more people discover his content.
Chess is 99% analysis. Tactics aren't always available.
