  • This documentary traces the group's rise and fall, and rise again - from clean-cut 90s boy
band to family-friendly four-piece. The show contrasts Take That's fortunes with those of
ex-member Robbie Williams, and examines the enduring appeal of Manchester's Fab Four.
    Shown on February 4, 2009 Part 4

I cried watching "For the record" too. Especially at that moment when Robbie said he would swap everything he had for that...

Nataša Pavićević he was faking it. He didn't even said sorry to Gary on his video, but that was then anyway.

IMHO Mark's solo stuff was great, just great. (LOL they could have chosen a different song though, Child was the ONE single I could never really get into...though it was the first one, so I kinda get it.)

@TheRunablu Hai ragione, il suo lavoro come solista mi sembra impressionante. Per me è diventato il meglio musico dei 5 ragazzi.

A lot of Boy Band Members went into Acting. Lance Bass (N'Sync), played Corny Collins on Broadway in Hairspray. Keith Duffy (Boyzone) was on Coronation St., as Kieran. Co-Incidentally Boyzone guest starred on The US Soap Opera As The World Turns. Joey Fatone (N'Sync) did My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Gary ate because he was depressed and for him Food was his comfort something that Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys went through back in the day. Robbie Williams never became big on The US although one of his Songs was featured on the Popular US TV Series One Tree Hill as a Promo. Unless you're very talented and lucky like Michael Jackson & Ricky Martin Bobby Brown or even Justin Timberlake you're chances of going from Boy Band Icon to Solo Superstar are slim

Robbie is a superstar in the UK and Europe, famous in South America and Asia. He is unknown only in the US. He is a born entertainer. Nobody like him.
