So proud of both of you taking back control of your health. I never been a large person, but I neglected my health by eating unhealthy foods. And by being retired I weighted 227, my heaviest in life. I started to eat health by eating what God had created for us to eat and exercising. I now weigh 180. My goal weigh is 150. My body frame at 150 will make me look less than 150. You both are blessed to have a partner on this journey. I'm on my own. At times my enter me have to be my motivated partner. Keep pushing. The results are amazing....your health and your body transformation. Blessing to both of you.🙏🏽

Don’t know how I got here 😅…love the meal ideas. Been on my smoothie kick lately. My blend is Mango 🥭, Pineapple 🍍, Banana 🍌, Strawberry 🍓, Unsweetened Greek Yogurt and Protein powder. When I tell you it’s Good!!!! It’s Goooooodttttttttt! 😂😂
