- Perfect, fun waves in the Dominican Republic with Jacksonville Beach , Florida's, Cody Thompson, @whitesunglasses travelled here to D.R. from the East Coast in December 2020 and unleashed his world class surfing repertoire on a variety of Caribbean beachbreak perfection and rippable reefs.
Presently here in Republica Dominicana there are no travel restrictions and peak surf season here on the North Shore of the D.R. is October through February. There is a 9pm curfew (7pm on weekends), use of masks is mandatory in businesses and gatherings, and social distancing is in place at banks and other public areas.
