Yesterday I bought a Lenovo y50-70 notebook for 290 euros with nvidia gtx 860m i7 4710hq it doesn't even have a scratch, it's beautiful, black brushed aluminum, beautiful.
How did you get Street Fighter V to run so well??? I had the same specs on my old laptop and it ran like molasses. It moved extremely slow. I had the Asus N550jk
because u must have run it on intel HD graphics and not your discrete 860m GPU(street fighter V is an old well optimized game that runs 1080p 60 even on new APUs(AMD integrated)
@@jozadagames6818 No the 850m was definitely used. MSI Afterburner showed the card, amount of vram used, cpu usage and framerate. It didn't matter if it was on the lowest settings or graphics at maximum. It moved so slow. I wonder if it mattered that my display was touchscreen? It was only 60 hz

All these years I wanted to play Street Fighter V on my old laptop and never enjoyed it. I went into the profile and sure enough SFV was not selected. It threw me off because my other games played fine. I finally played SFV on my Asus N550JK at 60 fps. Such a oversight that you helped me realize and fix. I wish I could repay you. Thanks again.

I wanted to buy a mini desktop as a secondary PC, I see that it’s getting steady fps but I was wondering if it could do more. Is the frame rate locked by the integrated graphics?
By integrated graphics? The framrate is locked either by Vsync in the game itself or via Riva tuner app in this video. U don't lock fps via integrated graphics card, never heard of it.
@@jozadagames6818 For my gaming laptop the Integrated graphics locks the video output at 120hz, not sure if it's the integrated gpu entirely, or if its just the hdmi port. It runs 144hz natively on the laptop monitor.

I agree with all the games except resident evil 7, it is very poorly optimized compared to the 2 and 3 remake. Resident evil 7 is unplayable on nvidia 840m because it has a lot of stuttering even at the lowest quality. And yes, I run it with the nvidia graphics.
This game is still in early access and as far as i know it's not very good optimized with a ton of foliage in the world(which is always very bad for 860m it tends to overheat it greatly) but i will test it if i can
