I have new update KB5032190 but it is 22h2, how can I update to windows 11 23h2?

I am in Spain, and I have it. But no new File Explorer =(

@@MachetaPedro I have copilot added manually. But not as a taskbar item, but as a shortcut to that edge thing.

@@MachetaPedro I do have the new file Explorer, but it is not alot different from the old one. I would suggest that you report this as a bug to Microsoft using the feedback-hub. (write it in English, and say that they can contact you.)
