I always see it in the store and I only tried it once. LOL I didn't feel like it did much but I will give it try again. I tried bath salt for sore muscles.
Their salts are amazing for a relaxing bath and if you have mild soreness. But if you are really sore then I recommend the Village Naturals Arnica Bath Salts
