There have been so many locally that retired years ago but have re-joined the workforce 1) they are bored 2) so many previous customers of their’s calling to hire again. There are a lot in their mid 60-80 age range. Still going! You are truly blessed in those that have brought your ideas to your reality! Simple 🩵 your 🏡

The more you do, the better Cozy Nest looks! I love the two fans on the porch. You will really enjoy the porch even more. Re the gutter drain .... You might want to get a few paver stones or gravel stones so it's not creating a ditch when it rains. I used a bag of gray gravel stones and it works to soften the drainsge.
Enjoyed watching Linda 👌💙 Year’s ago I did an experiment on a scrap piece of treated lumber,,to see if it’s true that treated lumber eats a regular nail ..It did ..!!..We use stainless steel screws and there are coated screws that are good too..

Your siding on the bottom will it be easy to get the red on it off. Did not know if it is a washable siding. And wow the side door is great. Reminds me of Stepping Stone
