Why do you have lots of bins
How many bins should one house get where you live
Which city council do live in
Why do you have to separate the recycling

I collect bins, I can have as many recycling bins I want, gotta pay for garden waste so can have as many as I want as long as I pay for them, and 1 refuse bin per house unless there’s extra then you have a extra 140l with a red or yellow lid

Unfortunately not when they were emptied it was tipping it down so I just quickly put them back
