  • A simple fruit salad with a pleasant aftertaste. So tasty you'll want to make it again!
    For this simple to prepare but bright in its flavour combinations, you will need any number of pears (we have 2 pears), tangerines (we have 4 tangerines), cashew nuts (we have 50 grams), a few leaves of fresh mint, sugar-free yoghurt and topinambour syrup.
    Carefully chop the cashews,
    cut the tangerine slices in half,
    slice the pear into random pieces,
    chop the mint as finely as possible.
    Combine the ingredients and dress with yoghurt and topinambour syrup (as in the video).
    Stir.
