I also needed some advice from you.I completed my LLB in 2012 and LLM in 2014, then prepared for judicial services until 2018, cleared mains twice but failed in interviews. After that, I briefly worked as an assistant professor from 2018 to 2020. Thereafter, I joined one law firm and then individual practising advocates in Mumbai in 2021. Currently pursuing a PhD, I struggle to sustain myself in litigation till now despite my passion to serve people through this field maintains. I am 33 yrs old. Could you please advise me for my career. I have given more than 10 yrs in legal field and still struggling financially and emotionally.
Sir ,I am a 50 year old lady . I have done my LLB in 2006 , it's been 20 years now,i have been sitting at home doing household work. Can I start law practice now? Please guide me , where to focus and what are the obstacles?
Karnataka High court mein R S A partition and position case admit hokar 3 sal ho gaya hai hamare R A order per stay bhi ho gaya hai hamare vakil sir se case jaldi khatm karke do karke pressure dalna Sahi hai kya galat sir thoda detail mein samjhao sir.
Sir is profession ko noble profession bolte hai. But then let suppose koi murderer hai usne murder kiya hai and ham uske lawyer hai. Ye kaha se noble hua phir. Murderer ko free karana uske liye fees lena court ko gumrah krna ye chije to hogi hi fir. then noble profession q hai is par jara prakash dale. Thank u Sir :)
फिर सर जो लोग फ्रॉड केस क्यू जित जाते और जो सच हैं उनके खिलाप मे ओडर जाती जैसे अवैध कबजा .,10 के या फ्रॉड बॉन्ड जो असली ओनर होत वो केस हार् जाता ये और सच की हर हो जाती सर
