you dont have to see it as a bad thing. everyone at some point has to go on a diet to stay healthy and in shape. what matters is whether he’s eating 3 full meals a day.
+ he mentioned following a specific diet, low carb -> high -> back to low for 2 weeks. the point of a diet is not to starve yourself; yet actually its quite the opposite. he is following a specific diet, there’s nothing to be worried about.

My brother works at Paris/Milan/New York and London Fashion Week behind the scenes and his colleague was one of the camera men taking IN's photos, he said the crowd was so loud, there is a video of him that went viral saying 'oh my days' lol

The stark contrast between the white suit and IN’s dark hair, beautiful dark eyes and infectious smile make a stunning photo. He is just the sweetest. For anyone curious about I.N.'s gym routine, it looks like he's doing a full body pull routine after his cardio. He hits both upper and lower body pull muscles in one session starting off with a compound exercise targeting multiple muscle groups and then an isolation exercise targeting a single muscle group.
For his upper body pull, his compound exercise is pull ups, which works his back, his biceps, and his core. Then he does lat pushdowns, which target his back specifically. For his lower body pull, he does Romanian deadlifts, which works his posterior chain, i.e. his glutes, hamstrings, and his core. Then he does leg curls, which targets his hamstrings specifically.
Based on this routine, I.N. likely has a two-day exercise routine. His other day would be a full body push routine where he would work his chest, his triceps, and his quads. It's a somewhat unusual routine, normally people do push-pull-legs over three days. But I.N.'s version takes a three-day split, which would be hard to keep up with due to their hectic schedule, and condenses it to two days, which would be much easier to keep up with. The inclusion of compound exercises also reduces the number of different exercises needed per session. It's an efficient and thoughtful workout schedule. I wonder if a trainer put it together for him, or if Changbin did.

I love to see the whole process that I.N had before the Alexander McQueen event, you can tell that I.N loves fashion and has such a dazzling and beautiful smile, especially that he was very considerate for greeting Stay who came to support him, I hope they see the beauty and talent of I.N and invite him again.
You can see how nervous he was. It must be terrifying to attend an event you have never been to in a foreign country surrounded by languages you are not fluent in. But i'm so proud of i.n and happy that he could have this experience. 🥰🥰

@nailaasim5744 it seems like it based on what he said the he was just trying to avoid being bloated for the show but not starving himself. I do hate when they say they are in diets because none of them ever need to be on a diet and for what they do they need to feed their bodies well. However the meal he described in the morning was really good.
