I would suggest you sign up Thiago for some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. I’ve started myself when I was 10 years old and now im 20 years old and I’m a coach myself. I teach lots of kids classes, and I can see how much the kids enjoy it and I think Thiago would do too. I think you should give it a go!
