It was not needed to work so hard to clean the skin while you remove the skin. Here in Pakistan we use only vinegar on skin, leave it for 15 minutes and thats it. The most cheap in Pakistan is cat fish. There are two varieties, seawater and fresh water catfish. Fresh water is slightly expensive. Recently I bought fresh water at 1.45 US dollar per kg. Sea water can be 1 dollar per kg. Love from Pakistan. Your recipes I tried a lot and family liked it. Thanks for sharing.
