When I got married, I wasn't going to add a Kitchenaid mixer to my registry, but my MIL told me I'd regret it. We got one and it is so nice to have! You can use it for more than just baking, too! I use it to shred broiled chicken super fast for enchiladas! If you are creative, you can use it pretty often, actually! Hope you enjoy it. :)
