So we not gonna talk about Chu Chu piloting skill kept up with Shadiq until the differences in mobile suit's technology kicks in? She was able to kept fighting along side Aerial in a grunt unit. Imagine when GUNARM Inc. finally able to safely mass produce gundam, Chu Chu with her amazing piloting skill could be unstoppable.

People dont acknowledge suletta's piloting skills, thinking it's just her relying on aerial's ai too much. This episode just proves how insanely skilled suletta is as a pilot, to be able to keep up with all that info aeril is providing (via that new blue glowing mode, gund bits providing precise locations/predictions) vs multiple mobile suits that have really skilled pilots as well.
It reminded me of setsuna using trans-am burst to have an increased sense of battlefield awareness. Also very satisfying to see them terrified of suletta and aerial's power, seeing malibu sephiroth's reaction was just *chef's kiss*, he knew the moment aerial's theme played they were fucked.
Smart and quick thinking by Till, reading the battlefield and coming up with the opportunity for Chuchu to execute that clutch snipe headshot.
This episode is the best one so far. Very satisfying fight.

Up until this point Suletta has been carried by the aerial gundam's technological advantage but when the anti-gund system was activated it showed that Suletta is actually a piloting prodigy and she took the lead. once the antidote was overridden aerial backed her up with the bits instead of the other way round. Truly an outstanding episode

Just want to add to the symbolism of the ending of Shaddiq missing his chance with Miorine, “cutting off” the green tomato
Green tomatoes are usually tomatoes that missed the chance to ripen before the weather started to get colder
Basically representing the missed chance that Shaddiq had to be with Miorine, the missed chance for a relationship to ripen into a Red tomato. (Kinda funny how Sulettas hair is also Red), the “what could have been” in some alternate timeline.
Her cutting the tomato represents her cutting Shaddiq off entirely of any chance now… “Too little, too late”

That end made me tear up. Shaddiq didn't want to duel anyone to be the holder because Miorine doesn't like to feel like she's a property but that very system is the reason Suletta is the one standing beside Miorine and not Shaddiq. This reminds me of Miorine not liking her father and Prospera pointed out that all of her stuff is from her father and that she should throw her pride therefore making Miorine realize that she should just take advantage of what her father is giving her instead of just sulking and being stubborn. In Shaddiq's case, he realized at the end that he could've just take advantage of the duel system but it's a little too late at this point.
Miorine even showed that she would've liked if Shaddiq made the move given that he's finally become genuine in his demeanor and expressing his love for her. sadly, too late
You're right, if Miorine's father think it that way, that would have her the idea to make a change for everyone. I wonder if her dad would give a hint on that.

It was more like she doesn't like that everyone treats her like property. Shaddiq was a coward that let Miorine be engaged to Guel who would eventually abuse her and call her nothing more than a trophy.
When Suletta showed up and shows trust over Miorine, not as a trophy, but as a human person worthy of respect, that's when Shaddiq lost.
Miorine doesn't like the duels and the arrange marriages, she just wanted someone to help her regardless whether it was with duels or not. And Suletta not only helps her with duels, she also trusts her, and helps in her greenhouse.
The dueling system is still a living hell for Miorine but Suletta treats her as an equal partner. Not a bride to be won.
Gotta say even with Antidote active in the battle field Suletta Dodging all those attacks and how after Aerial deactivates Antidote and still in a damaged state she took down 3 enemies. Just shows how good of a pilot Suletta is.

When Eri piloted the Gundam in the prologue, the Permet "scars" in her body were blue unlike the usual red we see in others.
Here, when Aerial goes berserk, it turns blue. The moment it does, Prospera sheds a tear and smiles.

In japanese way this mean miorine has cut shaddiq off(as a potential lover) since she was hoping that shaddiq will battle against guel to win holder and protect her(but of course her mouth wont say it anyway) also its just like what shaddiq intended too but he doesn't do it, thats why when shaddiq confessed he should just duel for holder title miorine say its too late. And their relationship will never turn back like old time due to what shaddiq did(wanting miorine company). Hence cutting the unripe tomato off meaning their relationship wont bloom into a ripe tomato.. :")

Bearing the fruits of her labour regardless of motive behind her actions. Its quite a sad and tragic yet relatable scene because you can empathize and understand where she is coming from.

I love that the show made me think that in the end, it would be about Suletta soloing against the whole of Shaddiq's team but turned out that the rest of the Earth's team gave a final blow and played a big part. (That scene of the Earth's damaged MSs supporting each other to have Chuchu take a final blow is epic! Also the scene showing Aerial's insane abilities and mobility is epic too.)

Aerial went full ultra instinct for a good moment there. I'm liking the fact that despite being a 'newtype' Suletta is not getting cocky and condescending compared to other MCs when they discovered their newfound powers.
That tear felt like Prospera's and her whole Vanadis team's dreams are slowly but surely unfolding on her eyes. That smile felt like she is saying 'experiment successful' maybe a portion of that emotion meant that revenge against her enemies have also come one step closer.
Of all the episodes that I have seen from this Gundam show, I'd say that this one is the best given the fact that it displays an all-out clash between Suletta Mercury and Shaddiq Zeneli.

I just realized something. Suletta is portrayed to be cute and naive but in every fight she dont just aim for the head part but fucking dismembers her enemies as well. That's a bit concerning since episode 0 and 1 shows how dark this series can be real quick.
Dismembering your enemy tends to put a stop to their counterattacks so... she's pretty methodical as a pilot.
The Bits can do whatever they Want, so if they want to Completely Cripple an Enemy Mobile Suit, they can :)

Also it's good to see Mama Prospera cry tears of pride and joy when Suletta and Aerial overrides the Super EMP Bullsh!t.
In this episode it is stated that whenever they fight, Aerial handles everything while Sulleta just acts as a support by being the pilot and relies heavily on the Gundam's system. Faced with the anti gund arm tech, Aerial's capabilities are now being limited prompting their roles to be reversed where Sulleta now does the actual fighting and piloting while Aerial is the support system. You can see clearly that when the Gundam system is active, it can only sustain minimal damages due to the system's optimal course of action. While when Sulleta alone pilots without it, the Gundam is almost wrecked. But when the two of them decides to fight together, Aerial's hidden capabilities are now unlocked.
After Aerial awakened, I think Suletta is indeed Eri in prologue. Her vibes of having fun while destroying the others is the same. Maybe due to connection with lyfrith gundam Eri lost memories or something, and also her age/growth is constrained when she use gundam (like she can't aged as long as she ride the gundam). Just like Mika with Barbatos, barbatos support his life, same with aerial and suletta

Okay so here's what I think is going on.
The original idea of GUND format was the cyberpunk approach of enhancing human body. In the words of Cardo Nabo, like how a baby wears clothes. We see cybernetic limbs and eyes, and even internal organs replaced with machine.
But then Vanadis got taken over by an arms company and they changed to using GUND for mobile suits. This operation was cut short.
Peil Tech tried to continue making gundams, and they resorted to making enhanced humans to deal with the data storm, but they could only go so far because they still couldn't think beyond the idea of "controlling" the mobile suit.
Elnora on the other hand, now that she's no longer under pressure of making a weapon, went ahead and continued with the original idea of making Lfrith an extension of the human body, thus completing Aerial. And what do you know, by doing so she also completed a gundam. We know that Aerial still retains the gundam interface because Elan 4 confirmed it.
So, usually Suletta will think about how Aerial should move and Aerial will carry out that intention. But in today's episode, instead Aerial releases control and becomes an extension of Suletta's body, instead taking the job of compiling the input from her sensors and the bits and relaying them to Suletta's senses. In this state Suletta is no longer controlling Aerial as in as a pilot does, she has become Aerial and fully feels the effect of becoming a 18m tall metallic human. That's why Aerial's way of moving changes to a very organic way.
Aerial happens to be a gundam, thus a weapon, but that's because Elnora only had Lfrith to work with and she's also more than that, she's also the fruit of the work of Vanadis to provide enhancements for humans who need a way to overcome the challenges they face.
I'm still of the opinion that the show is baiting us into thinking that Aerial is some abomination made from babies with malicious intentions from Prospera, and today's episode is strengthening my belief that Aerial is meant to be a positive accomplishment.

So who is Aerial then? An A.I.? Then why does Aerial says leave the revenge stuff to her and Mom only and don't involve Suletta (as in the official short story?)
@@davidsentanu7836 I think Suletta + Aerial == Ericht + Lfrith. What I mean by this is, I think Eri and Lfrith exchanged information so much that by the time they reached an equilibrium so that the data storm stops, the entity inhabiting Ericht's body could not be considered Ericht any more, so Elnora gave her a new name. This is also why Prospera considers Suletta and Aerial her dear daughters but her feelings toward Suletta as an individual is sketchy. In fact I suspect she hasn't fully come to terms about what to think of Suletta. She's not just a tool of vengeance to her, she's a part of her collective "daughters" but isn't the original Ericht.
There's some unexplained bit about why she's 17 when she was 4 years old 21 years ago, but that could be some space hibernation or something. But you know, Suletta does have a pretty bulky build compared to her peers....
In this logic, considering Suletta doesn't remember Cardo Nabo, probably more of Eri's memory ended up in Aerial and perhaps Aerial still identifies as Ericht Samaya. It's possible Prospera also knows about this and appears to hold Aerial dearer and gives her a name that contains the old nickname.
@@Chaffee738 please do remember that Ericht was very young during the prologue, Her being 4 years old at the time and 13 years of not seeing those people that she once knew would've been enough time for her memories of them to fade, that even hearing their names wouldn't ring a bell within her memories.
@@davidsentanu7836 Because Aerial is in the know in regards to Elnora's revenge plot, being an actual Sapient AI, she'd have been able to remember everything that happened in the prologue.. while Suletta might've already forgotten everything that happened during the prologue due to being far too young to remember/notice the danger she was in back then, Aerial isn't likely to forget it especially since it's vital information that might be needed for Suletta's continued protection.

I can understand why Shaddiq didn't duel for Mio's hands ... but I don't think it will do good if he did either. I think part of why Mio willing to trust Sulletta is because Suletta need her too. Its not just Suletta protecting Miorine, but also Miorine protecting Suletta. It was a equal relationship. As well, despite we the audience know that Prospera is scheming, from Mio's viewpoint, Suletta was dueling Guel for her sake and no benefit to her own. Shaddiq can't do that, not while he is part of Grasseley House.

My take on this
- blue GUND interface lines can be seen before when Eri successfully interfacing LFrith to layer 33, WHICH NONE OTHER CAN, implying deeper connection to GUND AI
- the bits interconnecting with blue link during Aerial power up, implying directed interlink communication instead of field comm between bits to defeat antidote jamming. Directed comm, laser or radio beam included, has higher data density
- Suletta can predict enemy movement directly (she's in manual control) but her behavior can also mean that she 'sees' it. If true this is datastorm direct feedback, only non lethal. The reason its lethal in old generation Gundams probably because its unfiltered raw data, while in Aerial, a computer with human relevant personality has already processed and filtered relevant data.

Is it me or is the blue glow showing means that it is Eri who is responding and thats why Prospera shed a tear? I mean, I still dont know why the marks for using permet score has disappeared when Eri has shown them but Eri is the only who had blue marks. I feel like the theory of Eri not being the only one inside Aerial is true and this is the first time since Eri really assisted.

What I liked about this show so far is the fights. Suletta needs to work hard for her wins. It reminded me of War in the Pocket where every second felt like it will be over.

Somehow, with the way that Shaddiq was doing things, it’s almost an equivalent to wanting a certain, rare, one-of-a-kind comic book, or limited edition Blu-Ray/DVD Combo set to add to your collection, only to realize that said item’s either gone or sold out. For Shaddiq’s foolishness in taking over Miorine’s company before it had a chance to fully start up, just to get the Gundam for his own methods? It’s no less different than trying to get Miorine’s hand in marriage. For him, it’s just all a case of “ Too Little, Too Late. “
Really a fist pump moment when Chuchu shot the Michaelis, I mean, yeah, Aerial is still the hard carry but Chuchu coming in for the clutch was something else. It's the same sensation you get when your favorite team is down by 2, with only 3 seconds, then suddenly someone sinks a buzzer three.

it was a great teamwork and splendid victory! prospera shedding tear at the moment antidote was disabled, brought back prologue's sad memories. also, a pity for shaddiq too. if only he had went for her hand, a different storyline ya. but lastly, not forgetting how suletta is hurting inside by looking at aerial's wounded body. looking forward to next episode definitely!!

전투 중간 에어리얼과 슬레타가 대화하는거 보고 순간 제타 건담에서 뉴타입과 망자가 하는 대화에서 딱 망자의 실루엣만 사라진 것 같은 느낌이.... 역시 건담은 스페이스 코즈믹 호러 장르다 혼잣말 하는 거 자체가 소름끼치기도 하고

Aerial going up 1 level of Permet (in which I believe this goes beyond level 4) and without Suletta because....she just kinda "telepathically" talks with Aerial like some kind of person?? Plus Elenora going tears of joy showing that "finally, the first obstacle to exact my plan of revenge has come into fruition" was that why she's going high stakes in this duel. She really planned this well as she sees one by one the plans of those companies of Beneritt fails one after another. Nice resolve and comeback by Chuchu and the team too, kudos to Till especially for being the the one who actually takes in consideration of every aspect of the battlefield despite being in the huge disadvantage. Now for Suletta herself...never we seen her activate her Permet levels since the beginning and is just purely on her own piloting skills which is not be scoffed at when she holds up very well against Shaddiq and while having to be aware of his teammates as well. But is she really just a normal human after all? Also, the theory still applies but it's not proven yet because the truth might even be more surprising.
Prospera saw the Antidote is the reason her husband got killed.
Now she saw her daughter got saved by Aerial true power, manage to render down the Antidote.
props to shaddiq it really does feel like he’s trying his damn hardest to help miorine not just to appease his father, though his tactics are pretty underhanded.

막 장갑까지 강한 무적의 기체 이런 설정이 아니라서 너무 좋다 그냥 빔라이플 한방에 프레임까지 절단나고 매 전투씬이 있을때 마다 손상이 커서 오히려 몰입 잘되는듯

No, they did it together, that's why she was still listening to Ariel tell her where to aim next. I think their interaction changed from Ariel just controlling the basic movements (e.g. Suletta says dash forward and Ariel handles each thruster's power and direction) to Suletta manually handling the controls and Ariel using the freed-up computing power to analyze the battlefield, like Zero system or Barbatos's situational awareness. Just that Ariel might be an AI with strong desire to protect and nurture Suletta, and thus feeds her data gently / moderately to not overwhelm her pilot. This is probably why Suletta couldn't dodge that final shot to the leg
So Aerial has full consciousness now huh. That's why prospera cried of joy
So the "Antidote" system acts like a Jammer for the GUND-FORMAT like the Psycho Jammer of Rozen Zulu that disabled the Unicorn's NT-D system but both System (Antidote/Psycho Jammer) got Overridden. Aerial handed the full control to Sulleta just like the Unicorn did to Banagher

i think at this point it is safe to say that Eri(Eri's mind) is in Aeriel. I even rewatched the prologue to confirm and see that Eri's parmet color is blue, not red like his father's, Wendy's or Elan.
The only question now is what truly happened, or what did Prospera do.
