Such a amazing video... your plant is so healthy and well Bloomed 😍😍 I have big leaf hydrangea I am from Mumbai but it has not produced any blooms since I bought it from MP 2 years back and it was not in bloom when I bought it. It was too small as shown in your updated hydrangea video but I did all the things that you recommended, but still it's not in bloom. What I should do? I want it to bloom well. My plant is only 1 feet or less than that.
@Mamta Matthar, Very sorry for the late reply...have few comments to respond and doing one by one today. But I believe, I have already talked with you. If not, kindly let me know :-) Thank you :-)

Thankyou for your amazing video.First of all, we already knew that the color of hydrangea will depend on the pH of soil right. For the first question, you said that when the leaves turned yellow we should add aluminium sulfate right. But right know the color of your hydrangeas is pink, which means it in alkaline pH. If we add aluminum sulfate we will change the soil pH into acidic. and when the pH is acidic the color of your hydrangea will be blue. Is your color of your hydrangea turned blue right know?
I love your videos. They are so useful. Thank you for explaining so well. I am new into gardening. Please help me out to find seeds of hydrangea plant. Where will I get hydrangea plant seeds? When should I sow them? Best month for germination in india? It is not available in my local nursery. Please reply.
Hey thank you for this wonderful video. Recently something unfortunate happened to some of my plants including a blooming hydrangea. A new coat of red paint had been applied to the exterior of my building and now I realize that the rain washed colour had terrible affects on my plants. The leaves have become soft and burnt and the top part has wilted. I am very worried and i am watering it hydrogen peroxide. Can you please suggest some effective method for recuperating my plant?
Do they bloom in new woods or young woods ? My hydrengea variety as yours. It's been 2 years it's not blooming. Right now my hydrengea have many baby plants in middle and several old woods with little leaves. What should I do ? Should I cut old woods or I should plant the baby plants in another pots for this summer?
Hi! I bought a small hydrangea (in container) that had very pretty pink blooms when I bought it. I've been watering it at the roots every few days to keep the soil moist however, now the blooms are turning brown and crispy! Do I cut the stem just below the mop of dead blooms?? Also, a few of the leaves are turning brown at edges... im a beginner and don't know how to keep my beautiful plant from dying! I'd like to get the plant back in shape before planting in the ground after the last frost in 2 weeks... thanks so much!
@linna agustina, I believe you are referring to my 2nd plant :-) I already have a video where I have shown the entire procedure and here it is - ruclips.net/video/j2FYeV9MBr0/видео.html [I believe you won't get Mustard cake fertilizer in your place. My flowers were doing well these days bcz there wasn't much of the strong sun, but today it was a bit sunny and I noticed that my hydrangea flowers are droopy. I wonder why bcz I kept it in an area where we get 50% sunlight(morning sun) Please help me out with a solution
@Priskila Jap, Warm welcome :-) Plz keep the soil consistently moist and don't let it dry out. I heard temp in Indonesia is quite high (at this time). So, keeping under direct sunlight wouldn't be a good idea. If you can, provide filtered sun and arrange a green net if possible. Here is one of my other video with 99 Days Updates - ruclips.net/video/dOtjIqAqxpE/видео.html (covered everything from planting to flowering) Hope that helps. Thank you for watching the video, appreciate it.
Quite common on Hydrangea and this is actually seen on older growths. Recently I have uploaded a video and you can do the same - ruclips.net/video/P1QjhdXEnyk/видео.html I am already getting new growths with fresh leaves and also it's about to flower. Soon, I would upload the updates. I would have done already..but my Video Editor subscription got ended..need to renew it. Unable to do as Banks are closed for some days here..
@Amrita Das, Hydrangea bloom well in cool climate...but, in my place temp is quite high as well. I am from Guwahati and so need some special care for more flowering. You can definitely grow as temp in Kolkata n Guwahati is almost similar. Before they bloom, we need to provide them 2-3 hours of direct Sunlight and once they start to bloom, need to move the pot to a bright area, no direct Sunlight. Also, need lots of water - the soil should be consistenly moist and we should not let the top soil dry out. Having said that, soil should be extremely well drained and after watering, water should come out through drainage whole within 10-15 seconds. Hydrangea is a gorgeous plant and good luck in growing it :-) I have few more videos on Hydrangea :-)
@Amrita Das can you share your experience with hydrangea ? I too am from kolkata. I repotted my plant just few days back and now the leaves have burning brown signs and some of the tips are turning brown.
Hi, your videos are so so so very helpful! Thank you so much for sharing all the tips and tricks. My hydrangea bloomed well but it is withering everyday after morning sunlight. So I am watering even when the soil is moist. The soil is draining out the water immediately. But today when I watered it after the draining of the soil, there is still more water and it just stayed on top of the soil so I added some soil so that the water is absorbed but, the leaves and flowers have drooped even more drastically. Am afraid it might die. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY!!! Should I change the soil by any chance?? Is it OK to change the soil at this time when it is bearing flowers?

My hydrangea plant which i purchased last year has just bloomed once and inspite of pruning, repotting and adding fertilizer, the leaves are very tiny. Please help.
Please note that plant can get into a shocked status ! Just water and keep them to adapt to the atmosphere. It may need sun or shade adjusted. Has the pot got space for root to grow and plant to develop ? If so, please avoid much action on that plant for atleast 6 months time. Hydrangea plant needs good air circulation. Keep watching the plant.
@linna agustina, I have one more video on Hydrangea where I have provided updates over 99 days and please take a look at this one - ruclips.net/video/dOtjIqAqxpE/видео.html I hope, you would find it helpful (But sorry, that time I used to speak bit faster). Thank you :-)

@Pool Man, Ha ha...sure and (I actually had a client from CA just like you. Long back though and it was when I was providing SEO services. He was really too kind and since you also talk similar to him, just felt to mention here..) No, it won't kill your plant but please again, don't use too much...generally, 5 grams (1 teaspoon) is okay for on 8-10 inch pot (2 Litre = 4.5") Wish you all the best and thank you so much for your words :-)
@@GardeningUpbeat no thank you for helping novice gardeners like myself feel confident to think that I can do this, lol. Did you go to horticulture School to know all of this information, or did you just learn it on the way, if not your personal?
@Pool Man, You are most welcome and no worry with questions :-) Actually, have been gardening since my Childhood as my parents are home gardener as well. Though, I had to discontinue gardening for many years due to study, job related issue. Started again as I wanted to produce something for my daughter 100% organically :-) I also grow lots of vegetables though I have less videos on them. Thank you :-)
hii!! your videos is super amazing information btw im from Indonesia, and in my place the weather is 35°C.. its very hot in here :( and when 8:30 AM sunlight its make my hydrangea leaf become withered cause the high temperature.. so at 8:30 i usually take out from sunlight.. and I have 3 flowers that will bloom. but because of this hot temperature makes it difficult for them to bloom ... at my place at 7AM in the morning the sun appeared can you help me for this solution? 😫😫😫😫😫😫
Thank you so so much for the feedback, appreciate it. Honestly saying 35°C is bit high for Hydrangea. Even temp in my place is almost same, around 30-34°C all these days. There is a solution - You can provide filtered sunlight or arrange a green net if possible. Or simply, keep the plant behind any cloth and definitely it would help the plant. Also, plz make sure you don't let the soil dry out. Consistent moisture should be there (but not too wet). Hope that helps, thank you once again :-)
i always give water twice in morning before sunrise and, afternoon and keep the soil wet and when at 09:00 AM i take out my hydrangea to sunlight and bring it to shelthering room. i was give fertilizer too... but my problem is. my hydrangea will get not enough sunlight i thought
@linna agustina, You are most welcome :-) Actually without any direct Sunlight, it's not going to bloom. But it's okay if we keep them in bright area once they already produced the buds. Enjoy the blooms and then again keep it under direct sun to produce new buds again. This is how I manage my plant as in my place, it's quite hot too :-( Watering once would be sufficient since it's not getting too much direct sun. But if you see droopy leaves, definitely give it water. Good luck :-)
It’s referred to as ‘flagging’. It happens during the heat of the day and also when it needs water. Below the mulch, check the soil about 2 inches down. If it is dry, it needs water. If their is moisture, it may be due to heat and will perk up as temperatures cool. Watering daily if unnecessary can cause root rot.
Hi... With your guidance I was successful in making my hydrangea plant bloom. But today the blooms drooped a lot so I watered it. And it further drooped and leaves also drooped. I am afraid it might die. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY
@Shashi...DO NOT TOUCH...it’s a phase...I got them, too. I didn’t touch and continued my routine and it grew past that black and the black leaf stage will grow off on its own. So ...do NOT CUT. It’s tempting to cut...do be patient. Watch his vid on leaf 🍃 deficiencies (?specific title name).

can you help me for this solution?
Hope that helps, thank you once again :-)
wahh thank you very much for the response!
ok, is that hydrangea need sunlight 3-4 hours? how about 1 hours? is still ok?
i always give water twice in morning before sunrise and, afternoon and keep the soil wet and when at 09:00 AM i take out my hydrangea to sunlight and bring it to shelthering room. i was give fertilizer too... but my problem is. my hydrangea will get not enough sunlight i thought
Good luck :-)
thank you so much master!! i hope my hydrangea will happy with me hahahah like ur hydrangea
Hi , the leaves on my hydrangea always droops down . What is the reason of drooping leaves ?
This is the sign that they are thirsty..water them everyday. Hope it helps

My hydengya lefe black spot how to remove
@Shashi...DO NOT TOUCH...it’s a phase...I got them, too. I didn’t touch and continued my routine and it grew past that black and the black leaf stage will grow off on its own.
So ...do NOT CUT. It’s tempting to cut...do be patient.
