This worked, Thank you very much. I had called samsung service center and they quoted me 2800 rs for changing the touch panel with a board behind it. Followed this method and it has been working fine. Samsung is using low quality materials and over selling repairs.

After cleaning the door and front panel with a spray cleaner I got this code...I tried drying with a hair dryer then just unplugged the oven and left it off for a week...plugged it in and it works fine...

Yap. It stores 5000 volts, so be careful not to touch it because even if it's unplug it's still dangerous.

Yes there are but in order for you to get shocked, you need to accidently touch both leads at the same time.
If we take the position of the video, the position of the capasitor is always at the bottom towards the back of the microwave. If you are doing exactly like the video is showing, then nothing will happen unless you're planning to touch the wires at the bottom later.
To be save, learn how to discharge the capacitor or leave the microwave for several hours before you begin to disassamble it to lower the risk if you're a beginner.
