Hot water 熱水 125g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 70g
Corn Oil 粟米油 5g

Absolutely, I agree with you, just fried sesame balls are best to eat. I think I will copy you to make them smaller next time, as you said, easier to manipulate. 120°C is a very good temperature to start. I still wanted to learn how to make them larger so the skin are very thin though
