There's no SAME Header, the wrong attention signal is used, and there's no SAME code called "National Alert"; it would say "Emergency Action Notification". The script is almost accurate, but they would just play the same message on repeat until information is available. Furthermore, EAS screens are not this detailed. They're almost always very minimalist and even primitive in nature.
