Have you ever tried adding salted nuts to these bowls. I luvvvv sweet n salty. I always used to top off my non dairy frozen treats w a combo of salted mixed nuts & pepitas. Luv texture contrasts

@@mikeywith4ysshe literally used to do it in all her videos before. it was fun to add them up or watch the numbers go up on their own. it gives people a sense of awareness - to not eat like she does in her videos every day. it gives a lot of disordered people comfort that eating a singular ice pop is NOT over-boarding or bingeing. it’s also fun and informative. the could do it at the very end with macros breakdown so people can stop watching by the time it happens, if it does trigger anybody. but up until months ago she did it and there were no issues with it
