Um, not really. Cletus may have been abused but he was born a bad seed and kills and eats people because he takes joy in it and sees moral systems, religions(I don`t exactly disagree there, however) and laws as a lie designed to repress human potential and genuinely sees life as meaningless and chaos and death as the universe`s natural state, Ramsey on the other hand genuinely wanted to save lives but went about it in the worst way possible and was corrupted by the blood virus he accidentally created as a result.
This was an Absolute Fantastic tribute for My Third Favorite Villain in The Flash. I’m so happy that Ramsey Rosso/Bloodwork is coming back for The Flash’s Ninth Season and Final Season. What’s the name of this song and where is Bloodwork in your ranking of The Flash Villains?
