Nice recipie! My husband loves bhindi and I always try to roast the bhindi instead of frying initially. Just jeera, salt, haldi, green chilli and onion (optional) works wonder too !

I made this recipe today and it turned out to be awesome. Just one tiny comment, in the video you are using Kashmiri red chilly powder, but in the description of the video you wrote red chilly powder, I am a bit experienced cook so 1.5 tsp red chilly powder looked strange to me and I watched your video again, but a novice cook can just use red chilly powder instead of Kashmiri red chilly powder and mess up the recipe very badly, so it would be good to correct it (I did this once with another recipe on RUclips and drank too much water while eating the dish hehe). Thank you for this nice recipe. I am gonna make it again.
Tried this recipe today.But without big onion pieces. I only used onion for gravy. And taste turned out to be really really good😍😍😍Previously we used to fry bhindi directly with less spices in which the final bhindi would still be somewhat sticky and I didn't like eating before. But the bhindi in this recipe, there is absolutely no stickiness now!!! Thank you for such a wonderful variation!!!
