I was such a happy person. Now everything changed and I have never been so unhappy. I question why I even exist. I have been at this spiritual journey since 2015. Most of what I have desired to mold didn’t. Actually my life crumbled instead and did not rebuild into the new life ass they say happens when life goes crumbling to shit. I just don’t understand it anymore.

I find it hard to hold my own vibration when I am trying to change my own negative thinking and recognize when I don't bring my best self to the interaction with someone. I seem to have to do an analysis of what I wish I had said or did differently in response to the coversation. Is this healthy introspection or neurosis? I know one thing it's a very exhausting way to live.
