The animators doesn't have any problem to provide any small thing that want to add the only problem and limitations for them is they have to make a 24 minutes episode that's is the maximum allowed for an anime episode to be made to get more then 24 minutes the studio need a special permission to do that ( i guess) because of this they had to cut some of the scenes otherwise if they had added all those deleted scenes the episode will be over then 24 minutes long that's what i think so far.
they coudve easily covered more than half the deleted scenes just by not showing the opening and ending instead rolling the credits with the scenes like some studios do for some important episodes buy cutting opening and ending so as to cover maximum parts
