@@karenalexander9273 well its a microphone so ofcourse its functional and they are tiny and comes in many different colors so they can attach it on the collars of the dress or shirt if it can camouflage well like the one taylor is wearing. If it is not blending in with the dress very well, they attach it to their back collars sometime or keep it somewhere near enough to them so their voice reaches clearly.
