When connecting with your deceased loved ones it is important to show love, and to be in a state of acceptance.
Our love and memories connect us with our deceased loved ones.
It is important to accept what has happened and move on. Remember your deceased loved ones lovingly and know they have moved along on their path.
We are always connected with them and this meditation will strengthen that connection.
With a strong connection we can have closure and acceptance. And, knowledge that they are in a better place.
You can connect with your deceased loved ones anytime, however All Hallows' Eve (Halloween) is considered to be a time when the veil between the spirit world and our world is thinner and it is easier to connect.
Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Relax.
It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.
Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.
Listen to the beats.
Relax.
Breathe in deeply and exhale. Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress.
Keep breathing and relaxing.
Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.
Bring your awareness to your breath at the tip of your nose.
As thoughts arise just move your awareness back to your breathing.
Do this for a while as you relax even more.
Feel love toward your deceased loved ones.
Set your intentions on connecting with your deceased loved ones.
Feel their presence.
Visualize them in front of you.
Feel the connection.
If you have trouble visualizing you can still feel your deceased loved ones presence.
Feel their presence and the connection you have with them.
You may speak with them for a while. Then just sit and enjoy their presence.
Continue to sit with your deceased loved ones for as long as you wish.
Be sure to thank them for the visit and politely end the session by saying good bye.
