I had the Moon 390 for 2 years. I also had Roon before. The current version of Android app of Moon is not that bad, it's usable and stable, though not as good as the Roon.
Excellent to see a side by side of streamers of this quality. I notice this video is a year old I wander if you might do another one this time including the new Eversolo DMP A8 which stand's shoulder to shoulder in this company. I am looking at streamers at the moment and the A8 and (admittedly) the Moon mind 2 are front runners. If it is possible as I am only interested in a streamer , can you recommend something that excels in streaming but without necessarily having a DAC? Note my DAC is the RME ADI fs 2.
Nice review. I’m a 150B owner I really like it. But I’m having issues with Apple Music playlist. It will not play the entire playlist. It will skip to a random song.
HIFI ROSE customer service is through MoFi. I’ve found it very good. Plus they send you emails on a regular basis with solutions to any problems you might be having. The app is very good also. It’s a winner.
It always seems the audiophile channels with fewer subscribers always seems to have the channel host talk and talk with no actual demo of the products he is reviewing. There seems a connection between the two. Think about it.
Help me 2 Chanel hifi ...please tell me the best possible setup using my Dali rubicon 2 speakers...I'm presently using marantz model 40n, Rel T7x...class B to me sounds better than class D and I need ARC...I think I need more power do get the most out of these Dali rubicon 2 ...
The hifi rose Rs130 connected to an internal DAC, which is optimal, sounds better than the T3 in my opinion. Both are great though. RS130 offers optical Ethernet and USB which is also superior

Very General explanation. The Lumin seems to me dedicated to produce music rather than display. And it’s all aluminum built.

I see the parasound jc5 power amplifier on the lower shelf; are you using the moon preamp to the power amplifier; if so is it a good match.

Yes, use the preouts of the Marantz and use an external Amplifier
T3 outclasses everything else here…
