Better you follow the CALAX corridor going from Silang to Kawait and merging with CAVITEX. There is plenty of open land in General Trias and these other communities that will escalate in value as commute times decrease to Manila. SM is building malls in Cavite as well and land could be had for a fraction of the inflated prices of Nuvali. Which means you stand to make far more on your investments.
