Just because a shadow is powdery doesn’t necessarily make it bad. I don’t know what’s so surprising. Most know that different colors require different formulas to achieve a particular finish or color pay off. Your looks turned out very nice.

I find her new quads (the ones with smaller pans) and love collection subpar quality. The mattes are quite dry and powdery and also the metallics are kind of dry. Im hunting for her olders quads that are not available anymore as they are on par with her big motherships.
