I’m not defending Soojin or anything because I don’t know exactly what happen between them but the result said A is not guilty right?
Not guilty means there is lack of evidence to prove he/she is guilty of something.
I also know that SK follows the innocent till proven guilty system. So I would wait for more actual evidence before siding. I’m not trying to convince if you already made up your mind but there is seems to be a misconception on how the not guilty works.
Just because A is not guilty, its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either.
So lets say A murdered B but the court rules that A is not guilty due to a lack of evidence. Its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either. For all we know A could have killed B then destroy the evidence(s) to prove A was the one who killed B.
From what I see
Neither side can prove who is or is not the bully. All we have is their statements nothing more which explains the court decision because neither can prove this or that side is lying. And I agree with the court decision how are u gonna find evidences years and possibly decades after what did/did not happen?
I’m just saying as a someone who has understanding of law. So don’t accuse me of siding with this or that person.

I can’t even express how upset Soojin’s case makes me. She was literally forced to give up on her dream, a dream that she BEGGED her father to let her pursue, so prematurely just when things were taking off for her solo wise (she was signed to so many brand deals before the accusations). And even after her classmates came to her defence and shin ae herself came out to say that she wasn’t even sure Soojin was involved, Cube STILL did nothing and some people still believe she deserved to have her career end? UGH so frustrating.

폭로 올라오기 전부터 '수진 학폭'이 연관검색어에 뜨고 한 지식in에 ''아이들 수진 학폭 연관검색어에 뜨던데 학폭 사실이냐.''라고 글이 올라오고 네티즌들이 어떤 웹툰의 '수진'이라는 캐릭터의 이야기다. 루머다''라고 답변을 했는데 굳이 며칠이 지나서 폭로자분이 직접 찾아가 '사실이에요. 제대로 준비해서 폭로하겠습니다. 라고 답변과 답댓이 달림. →굳이 올라온 지 며칠 지난 지식in에 직접 찾아가 댓글을 단다? 당시에 폭로 준비중이였다 해도 지식in에 당시 루머 정도로 이야기가 나돌던 수진의 학폭을 서치할 이유는 무엇이었을까?

i feel like now after soojin left, nevies will always make things sad about her, but all i want new nevies to know is that soojin was the baddest b ever, she just had this amazing unique aura to her, like in every stage you couldnt help but just look at her the whole time, she always shined a lot in every idle's concepts, she might not have been the best dancer in kpop, but her dancing definitely had to be talked about, her dancing was so fluid and the fact that she was able to pull off dances like hann and uh oh says a lot about her skill. not only was she a great dancer, but she also had the most beautiful voice and could pass as a lead vocal. she was also the mom of the group and cared a lot for her members, she definitely contributed to idle's image and stage aura
She is not part of the group now but she's still in their agency. It's either they'll debut her as a solo artist or add her back to (G)-IDLE once knetz stop hating on her cause literally the accusations are proven false, but they can't stand her anymore which is weird of them. Anyways, I hope Soojin's journey won't end here because she deserves more.

After a year, Cube disconnected from Soojin. All we have is a confusing statement and an open individual interpretation.
The police dident determine guilt or innocence, that's not their job. They just try to determined facts. This is a case of she said, she said. 2 people with differing version of events. The police probably determined that there was no way to ascertain what actually happened since it was so long ago, so they couldn't press charges. Doesn't mean one party is innocent or guilty. ´
Cube's statement, if it is being accurately translated, is crap! in outher contrys, she could sue Cube for defamation, but *laws in Korea are designed to protect corporations, not people.*

This is a dead end, Soojin has a target on his forehead. The least we expected was for the company to take the case to court, but no, they just gave up and handed over what they had (ie nothing).
