We have moved the administration/operation department of the company from Australia to Brazil. This was an amazing process where we learned a lot, had so many challenges, survived and thrived through the journey. There are always new challenges.
This was definitely informative and much needed. Yes, keep them coming when you can. Is it possible to do a video to help solopreneurs who are trying to build a team but can not fully afford that yet? And how can we get funds if the business isn't successful yet? If it's possible to talk about how to measure what's been working and what's not. The WhatsApp group messages is actually great point. Because I've noticed that too from my friend who traveled overseas for her job. That's how they were operating too. And it bothered me with the last collaboration I had too because it just doesn't effectively work. It blew my mind that's how they actually shared documents. The fast adaptations is definitely a challenge for many people right now. Thank you again for doing this because it is very needed in the virtual new era. And one last question. If you can actually do a video or content in how to build entrepreneur skills. I'm not sure if there are other people out there like myself right now. But with all of this madness of COVID-19 situation, a lot of people are just starting out or just officially launched their business. And now they feel like they are screwed over and unsure how to survive anymore. I spoke with another friend who just started too and is trying to get investors into her website where she is trying to bring all these fitness products and services together. I told her to check MySwimPro out. I'll definitely share this video with her too! Keep it up.
More on startup funding soon! In the meantime, I think it's actually better to be as lean as possible. Hiring should come as a luxury, not a necessity to keep things moving!

Thanks for sharing. Even from when I made this video, we've evolved and enhanced our processes!
Well structured and informative video. To your point number ten, how are you guys pivoting, or are folks still getting out and swimming?
Big pivot. More info on that in a dedicated video I titled: "How To Pivot In A Pandemic". Fitting title :)
