    First put some oil and then Sprinkle some water then wipe it off with a tissue before putting the batter into the tawa! Ache se Nikal Jayega dosa pan se!!! And for quick fermentation oven ka light laga kar raat bhar rakh Dena batter ko !!!!

    6:50 If you add too many chilies, you can balance it with lemon juice to reduce spicy flavor

    Good tip for dosa..cut an onion to half . With the help of a fork , hold the cut onion and scrub the warm pan lightly with it . Then put the dosa batter and spread quickly and apply some oil too . Onion will avoid batter to stick to the pan . Pls try this .

    Hame bhi bataiye ki dosa ka better kaise banai hai ham ko bhi banana hai kyu ki mere pati ko bahut pasnd hai or garmani me kucha samjh nahi aata kaise batau

      You get pre mix dosa batter in Indian store in Germany.
      But here’s what we have used,
      - 3 cups of Hirse (millets) from DM supermarket
      - 1/2 tbsp methi/fenugreek seeds
      - 1 cup urad daal
      - 2 tbsp toor daal
      - 2 tbsp chana daal
      Soak the above ingredients for 7-8 hours and put
      - 1 cup poha, 10 mins before grinding the batter.
      Put the batter in oven, with its light open so that it can ferment. This process will take 8-10 hours.

    Hallo, I'm also leaving in Germany I want to know how many ingredients you use for this dosa. Because I personally like millet dosa.

      Hey! Here’s the ingredient list:

    Hey nice funny video of making dosa..😂😂.. Ok.. Now for batter in Indian stores you will get readymade batter, also mtr packets.. Thats easy to make instant dosa.. If you want to make from suji .. Soak the suji in curd for nearly 30 mins.. It will give crispy rawa dosa... For tamarind you will get bbq dates tamarind sauce in English stores.. That you can use..in indian stores you will get tamarind also... After seeing your video i am going to make this weekend😅😅.. I like your chutneys 😋😋

    Being a South Indian saw you guys making dosa like this seen funny but I like it❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ next time use half onion with oil for pen after putting water 💦 in the tawa(usko pure tawe pe ghuma doh tho use with stick nhi hoga) but guys ye fun video thi 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 @nimishaarora green chattni ki recipe share kar Dena pleaseeeee☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

    Loved your dosa 😍and I agree that cooking and cleaning should go hand in hand 😃. I always make rava dosa in germany as its very easy with the recipe in the link below and the ingredients are also easily available and no preparation is required. Just follow the very exact proportations and treat yourself to crispy wafery delight. Cheers!!!
