To be honest I don't know. If the case is the first character you ever in xenoverse 1 created is the one that gets transferred into the the story then it will be Redan. But if I could choose which one then I would Transfer Redan and make Cabiget. Because I made him in Dragonball online, Ultimate Tenkaich, and Xenoverse.
