Well as you can see the "Frenzy" was removed from both...
Viper now has a passive that adds damage depending on the enemy hp...
Razor's chain lightning now purges enemies, now its attack speed skill costs some mana per second active, his ultimate was moved to be a passive that damages nearby enemies every 4 attacks, and his ultimate is more movement speed...
Also the Force Staff is fun to use :)

AoE is skills and damage that are caused in an area of the terrain.. its "on the ground", u dont click the oppenent to use ur spell
new razor = medusa + old storm + old razor = IMBAAA!!!

i think razor generally more powerful, purge and the atk speed ability improvement make him a very powerful soloer
dude if u put sny and maelstorm, only sny works. u wont see any lightning shooting out at all

in 54 the shops are like you can see in the "original version"
heroes like razor never needed buffs.

Then one range exp: Razor with EoS and (ally) BloodSeeker with EoS too attacking a sigle target both will have double SLOW effect of EoS????????

I have played Razor on 6.60b 21 and he is bugged, I do skadi & mjollnir = 2 orbs and sometimes his 3rd skill does not activate, after some attacks it activates twice or tree times at once and deals massive damage on nearby emenies and that makes him TOO much imba.
I think I'm gonna upload a video showing it, I already have the replay and I've sent Bug Report at GetDota.
Try Deso. His ult deals physical damage, so the armor reduction helps.
unlike on razor frenzy was very useful on viper(for faster ganking) but i guess the new 2nd skill counters the loss of attack speed.

Force can push enemy 500 units on the direction he is faced

you damage increases if the enemy that you are attacking has less hp...

My first comment had nothing to do with Orbs stucking omfg! but of course it's not your fault these guy started saying to me that Skadi Ranged is not an orb effect! Seriously gimme a break! I know these type of orbs stuck! btw wtf is EoS?

Razor is more useful to the team now...but I still liked the old one better.

well... in the 6.60 the interface is a lot different.. the recipes are divided in 6 (i think) departments while in your video we can see the old 5.PLus while you were choosing items for the players i noticed no talisman of evasion and some other items which can be found in the 6.60...is that 6.60 or are you playing a joke man? =/

Eye of Skadi ( EoS ) is NOT an orb effect on ranged hero
therefore its stack on any other orb effect item like lifesteal/ mana break / mjollnir ...oh yeah...S&Y too..

Razor is absolute garbage in any non -em pub game, just like Sniper and the usuals.
Huskar is better off soloing the lanes than mid in pubs. He shouldn't be picked for any serious match.
