I want to say I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in December of 2022 when I started having balance issues, fatigue and blurry vision. Since then I was getting worse and I still have been waiting to get on a DMT so I finally broke down and went to the Emergency room and told them I wasn't leaving until they gave me something to help me so they ended up giving me IV steroids and a six day dose pack of steroids and since then which has been two months now I have been taking 5000 IU D3 and calcium 125mcg 600mg with D3 and have seen a difference in all my previous symptoms so I do believe it helps.

My wife with MS takes 3-4,000 IUs in summer and 5,000 in winter. Huge difference.

My son has an inflamed colon and losing weight...but he's now on 6000IU with vit K. Is that ok to see results? He's a uni student so he's at his desk alot and not getting much sun and I feel this is a major factor in his condition.
