Hello, I like Your Video of this area. How much are homes that have at least 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms? I notice a boat and a RV at 2 of the houses so I assume the HOA allows them. Thank You.
Glad you like the video! There are currently 5 homes on the market in this area with 4 bedrooms, however, the bathroom counts on each of these are 2.5 instead of 3. They range in price from $365K-$450K depending on square footage, upgrades and location within the community. Let me know if you would like me to email any of them to you! I have reviewed the section of the Wescott Plantation CC&R's which discuss the parking of boats, trailers and RV's. It seems as though they should be parked in garages unless special permission has been obtained from the board to park in the driveways. While driving around the neighborhood, you do notice quite a few boats and RVs parked in driveways, so it does appear that the HOA is a bit more lenient than many others in this area.
