THANK YOU! This video has been incredibly helpful because this neighborhood doesn't even EXIST on Google Maps yet! I'm in south Florida and just bought a house in this neighborhood. So glad to see what it currently looks like even if it's just the entrance!
Check with local building dept. Employees, all the issued permits, you will be amazed what the builders are holding... hold on cash will carry as always ... good time to be a realtor coming volumes will pay the bills Good Luck 🎉
We just moved into the last section built out in the Villages. You really really really should pay for good inspectors to keep Lennar in check. They say it's to code but code is the bare minimum. Their marketing materials listed many items our house didn't get and we had to really really put up a stink to get them to address it. Also don't talk to sales people without getting an agent first. Seller pays agent fees but after you talk to the Lennar sales team and fill out their "information card" you waive the right for them to pay your agent.
Great to hear Audra! Megan is amazing!!! I’m so excited for you! You’re going to love that amenity center!!! Thanks for choosing the Buy from Ry Team!!!
Yes it is, do you have a realtor / buyers agent helping you? If not, you should! Especially with lennar! You need someone on your side especially when they pay for our services for you at no extra cost!
@@RyanMcHughLivinginSummerville Hello yes and thank you very much 😊I've been talking to Cindy Nicholas and I'll be sure to reach out to her again I really appreciate your videos they are very informative!!
I really appreciate the level of detail - amazing! I love everything about it! My biggest concern is the internet - having only 1 choice (Home Telecom). Maybe this is covered in other videos? It would be a deal-breaker for me if there are glitches with that. Someone from Lennar took me for a virtual tour and her voice broke up the whole time going through the house :(
OK! I have a Solution (Possibly). Have you ever heard of Starlink? I just tried it recently on a cruise we took. It was amazingly fast and its all satellite and its incredible. I am planning on purchasing one. And getting rid of Home Telecom.
I don't get why anyone would want to live in these cookie cutter neighborhoods. The houses are cheaply built and mass produced. There are legacy brick and mortar neighborhoods in Summerville that are much better options, more expensive of course but you don't live on top of each other.
You saying you love absolutely everything is annoying as hell. Why do you say yhe room is a good size when all you fit in there is a bed and 2 nightstands???
Because what else are you planning on shoving inside that bedroom? Sorry it's "Annoying as hell". You don't have to watch if you find it annoying. To be honest your comments are annoying.

How do you like living in Herons Walk and Summers Corner so far?!
Once again solid information to help people make a very important decision. Exactly why we called on you. Great job Ryan.
Thank you Matthew! I love spreading the amazing word about Summerville and surrounding areas! It brings me such great joy!
😂😂 yes we want to see the closets !! You know ! Thank you 😊
We’re so excited to move here!!! 🙏🏻🤍
Charleston , Summerville, best place is Ridgeville is over crowded and HOA is expensive
Don’t move to Charleston Or Summerville
@@livinglifesoftly Where’s Ridgeville in proximity?
Shadow inventory is staggering in Summerville, Builders concessions are getting better by the day... 🎉

Thanks. We are interested in the home with the apartments above the garage
Unfortunately Lennar won’t build them anymore. Because of the additional cost and the market. Trust me. I’ve asked many times
up and coming for those who don't have to commute for work
Depends on where you work. If you work in west Ashley or downtown Charleston, it’s a quick shot down 61.
Publix in Oakbrook also
Yes but it’s a 15min drive from the neighborhood. The in neighborhood Publix would be so much better for the summers corner residents
