Another truly inspirational episode! So many valuable nuggets to glean. Thank you, Dr. Bannerman-Abbott, for your wisdom, and a big thank you to Diva Doc for bringing us this amazing episode!
Nora Bannerman-Abbott is awesome! She has a great spirit. Compliments to her success! Inspiring. Confidently know who you are, what you want, and stay determined. 🎊
Strong woman she is, who knows how to get things done and is well seasoned to deliver her work Very nice to know there are such industrious women on the planet and all thanks to another wonderful lady called Diva Doc
What remains fascinating to me is how contemporary Africans have amnesia about the fact that women always controlled trade and commerce on the continent up until full colonial conquest and annexation. Part of the reason why commercial and industrial agriculture has failed so miserably is because women were deliberately removed from the center of the agricultural economy and relegated to subsistence production which is the exact opposite of how trade, commerce and the economy was run. Rwanda is an excellent case study of a country that has reverted to the mean and has transformed accordingly.
“What you do with what you have is very important” truth! Great conversation Diva Doc
